How to Prepare

Freezes Well

Transfer from freezer to fridge and let thaw overnight in its packaging or a sealed container. This slow, cold method preserves texture and flavor while keeping it safe. Avoid thawing at room temperature to prevent bacterial growth.

Air Fryer

Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). Arrange chicken in a single layer and lightly spray with oil. Heat for 4–6 minutes, flipping halfway.

Microwave

Place chicken in a microwave-safe dish with 1 tbsp of water or broth. Cover loosely with a lid or damp paper towel. Heat on medium power for 1–2 mins, flipping halfway. Continue in 30-second intervals if needed. Serve once warmed through.
