Vegetables - Family Size (Serves 4)

Roasted cauliflower, broccoli, spaghetti squash, zucchini, beets, carrots, onions seasoned with soffritto seasoning. 

How to Prepare

Microwave

Place vegetables in a microwave-safe dish. Cover with a damp paper towel to retain moisture. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until warmed through.

Stovetop

Add a touch of olive oil to a skillet over medium heat. Sauté vegetables for 4–6 minutes, stirring occasionally until heated through.

Air Fryer

Spread vegetables in a single layer inside the air fryer basket. Heat at 350°F (175°C) for 3–5 minutes, shaking or flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
