Salmon Poke Bowl

Diced Atlantic salmon tossed in a pickled ginger spice aioli. Served over a bed of mixed greens, wakame salad, brown rice, edamame, mangoes, pickled shallots and watermelon radish.

Best consumed within 2 days. After 2 days salmon will still be edible but may oxidize and change color.
