Green Chili Chicken

Chicken breast sautéed in roasted tomatillo tomato purée, poblano peppers, extra virgin olive oil, jalapeño peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, onion and cumin. Served over black beans and cauliflower rice.

How to Prepare

Microwave

Transfer the meal to a microwave-safe dish and cover loosely. Heat on medium for 1–2 minutes, stirring halfway through to distribute heat evenly. Let sit for 30 seconds before serving.

Stovetop

Warm chicken in a covered skillet over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat black beans and cauliflower rice in the same pan or separately for 1–2 minutes until fully warmed.
