How to Prepare

Freezes Well

Freeze for up to 30 days and thaw in fridge overnight before reheating.

Air Fryer (for Best Flavor)

Place tenders in a single layer in the air fryer at 350°F (175°C) for 3–4 minutes. No oil needed. Heat until warmed through and crisp, then serve with ranch sauce.

Stovetop

Heat a nonstick skillet over medium, add a touch of oil or butter, and cook chicken tenders 2–3 minutes per side until warm and crisp. This method restores texture better than microwaving. Serve with ranch sauce.

Oven

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange tenders in a single layer on a lined baking sheet or wire rack for extra crispness. Bake 10–15 minutes until heated through. Serve warm with ranch sauce.
